Now among all the taxes and fabricated costs and expenses leveled on poor people and the middle class especially, one injustice stands out. This is my personal proof that something is wrong somewhere in this country. I can’t even be a “wagonist” on this one and blame the government, corruption and other common targets, I am simply speechless.

I do NOT have a water meter where I currently reside. I do NOT get my water supply from the water commission. There is NO pipe that runs to this house. We kick it old school and use a drumto catch water when rain falls. YET I receive a bill every month from water commission. Sometimes it reads from little over $2000 and sometimes it goes far beyond that. That is ridiculous. I have written several letters stating the problem but to no avail. Rest assured I have not been making any payments. Let them come and cut off what is not there. I am convinced that these utility companies are in a competition to see who will be most hated before the end of the year. I’m sure you have heard of cases of overcharging perhaps never a case of non-existing charges. In any case they never cease to amaze us.
